AHRP Virtual Focus Groups

AHRP is launching a series of Virtual Focus Groups to better understand participants’:

  • Retirement readiness and financial stressors
  • Knowledge and appreciation of their Retirement Benefits
  • Communication preferences and learning styles

The findings will help AHRP develop targeted retirement education and communication campaigns tailored to participant segments, preferred communication channels, and diverse learning styles.

What is happening

Team members are invited to participate in 30-minute, chat-based virtual interactive sessions with two participation options:

1. LIVE, facilitated sessions:

  • Wednesday, September 9, at 10am PT
  • Thursday, September 10, at 8pm PT

2. FLEX, self-paced, on-demand session for accessibility

FLEX Session begins immediately following the second LIVE session and runs through Friday, September 25, until 6pm PT

What is NOT happening

Feedback gathered through this process will not be used to make changes to the retirement plan structure, benefits, account features, investment options, or overall plan design.
