HIGHLIGHT the Virtual Focus Groups by

• Send one introductory LIVE session email to all benefit-eligible team members
• Send one reminder email about the FLEX on-demand session on the day the FLEX session closes.
• Ask Leadership to endorse the event by sending the prepared email found in the Ready to Use Communications Materials Toolkit.
• Place a banner on the HEARTBEAT
• Circulate the Huddle Notes and FAQs with Shift Leaders

ENCOURAGE leaders to allow team members during work hours to participate in the VFG LIVE and FLEX sessions
